This one took about a million years to edit, only because it's much harder to do the wing shadow than initially thought. We tried to do it practically, cue about half an hour to moving the wing I had around with lights in the studio to make the wing effect. However we found to actually produce that shadow as clean line and still have the person in the foreground lit was almost physically impossible.
As a CGI character, for some reason he's also lit FROM BEHIND, so physically there shouldn't BE a shadow behind him. Alex then only lit me to produce the side shadow and I comped in the rest.
Trying to look pensieve and slyly threatening at the same time is hard. Damn the FFVII characters and their non-expressions.
I'm still really proud of this costume.

Real leather (gay biker) pants, pleather coat, and sculpted buckles and arm thingos. Armour made of toy helmets(woo!) and foam. The middle wrestling belt is pleather wrapped around a foam base and then using upholstery thread to punch through it.
Pretty proud of this one, I look like I belong on a book cover.
EDIT: SPELLING MISTAKE FIXED. Phew. 11 hrs of shame over. I hope Anna didn't manage to get a screencap.
